My deepest condolences to the Phillips family. Kate was there to help my Mom (Mildred O'Brien) when we couldn't be with her and was an angel to her. Our family was deeply appreciative of Kate's kindness. My Mom always enjoyed being with Kate and the good times they had through many, many years as friends.
