I only knew Ethel briefly but I am saddened at the loss of such a truly wonderful woman. Her hard work and devotion to the animals in need of rescue will be missed.

We admire Ethel and all her good work. I will always remember her with the North Shore Van or at festivals with the cats and the dogs. She will have a special place in heaven.

Ethel was a good friend. I will miss
sending her pictures of the kittens I
foster for the Freeport Shelter. She was a great lover of animals.
