Ethel was totally devoted to helping all animals needing rescue. She was a great friend to Freeport Animal Shelter and she will be very much missed.

I only knew Ethel briefly but I am saddened at the loss of such a truly wonderful woman. Her hard work and devotion to the animals in need of rescue will be missed.

We admire Ethel and all her good work. I will always remember her with the North Shore Van or at festivals with the cats and the dogs. She will have a special place in heaven.
