Dear Ron & Family,
Let me again express my deepest sympathy on behalf of my mother and The Eng-Achson Family. My father Allan Eng-Achson and your father Joseph Eng Young were long time friends and shared similar immigrant stories. As I sat through the reflection service and read your father's funeral bulletin I tried to picture the friendship that both your father and my father shared growing up in Newark, New Jersey. Your mother recalls the story of my father on furlough during World War 2 and how your parents invited my father to their home for a Thanksgiving dinner. How kind both your father and mother were to my father. Your father was a kind and gentle person and we will miss him. Ron, maybe one day we can share some of those stories and fond memories of our beloved fathers.
