Norman Krolick Obituary

KROLICK - Norman N., of East Stroudsburg, PA, formerly of East Hills (Roslyn), NY on August 21, 2008, in his 94th year. Beloved husband of Yvette for nearly 66 years and best friend for nearly 89 years. Loving and devoted father of Michael (Elaine) and Jeffrey (Dori). Cherished grandfather of Jonathan (Alissa) and Robert (Amy). Caring brother of Bertram and Stanley. A graduate of New York University, Mr. Krolick became a Certified Public Accountant and practiced for 65 years, providing dedicated and concerned services to his many clients. He was one of the first congregants of Temple Beth Sholom (Roslyn Heights), joining in 1952. He served as Treasurer of the Temple from 1958 to 1964 and on its Board of Trustees for many years. He was also an active member of the Temple's Men's Club from 1952 to 1976, when he moved to East Stroudsburg. Mr. Krolick was also a coach and a Director of the Roslyn Little League in the 1950's and early 60's and participated in many other community activities. He was highly respected and greatly loved and admired by all who knew him. Donations to the American Cancer Society in Mr. Krolick's name would be sincerely appreciated.
