We are very sad to lose our good friend George. We will miss his stories and company. The times we've spent with George and Ellie are very special to us, especially when we shared a sunset on the Lake.
Our family and friends, who were priveledged to meet him, admired his strong convictions and values. He lived his life by example and what we learned from, we'll treasure for the rest of our lives.
We extend our sincere condolences to Eleanor and the family

We are so sorry to hear of this news. We sure loved visiting with Uncle George at the Lake House. When I was talking with the kids about this Kevin said "Aunt Ellie" - it's was very special as Uncle George called Aunt Eleanor "ELLIE" and I would always refer to your mom as Aunt Eleanor. So he listened to how uncle george talked to your mom... Very special. I'm sorry we could not be there - all the best to you.

We are so sad to learn of George's passing. Our love and prayers go out to Ellie and her family. George and Ellie have been very special friends to our family. I will always be grateful to them for the kindness and generosity they showered on my mother when she was ill. She looked foward to their visits as they lifted her spirits and brought sunshine to her final days. I learned alot from George about Huntington History. He was an extraordinary man . He will be sorely missed by all who have known him.
