To the Scapellati and Shorthouse families.
It's been many years since we lived across the street from one another, but our memories of Phil are deep and teasured. Phil had a wonderful outlook on life and we loved him.
Jennie, our deepest sympathies go out to you. Barbara and Richard, you've lost a great Dad and pal.
We will remember Phil always as a man so full of life, good-humor and love for his family and all those he touched.

To the Scapellati Family...I was very saddened to hear of the passing of "Pop" as i knew him. He was a wonderful, kind , and loving person to me and my children for many years. I will miss him always. My deepest and heartfelt sympathys go out to the family at this very sad time.
