Vincenza Basirico Obituary

BASIRICO - Vincenza, 83, on August 30, 2008. Beloved wife of the late Orazio. Loving Mother of Marie (Brian) McIlvain and Peter (Connie). Cherished grandmother of Cara, Laura, Bethany, Nathan, Brian and Patrick. Loving Sister of Giacomo, Anna, Nina and Vittoria. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 2-4:30 and 7-9:30pm. at the Raynor & D'Andrea Funeral Home 245 Montauk Hwy W.Sayville, NY 11796. Funeral mass will be held at St. John Nepomucene RC church in Bohemia on Wednesday at 9:45am. Interment to follow at Calverton National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the Narcolepsy Network 79 A Main St. North Kingston, RI 02852 would be appreciated.

I will sorely miss "Enza's/'Mrs. B's'" generousity and hospitality. Visiting with her at her home in Cape Coral, FL during Christmas time, good company, good food (lots of it) and the oodles of Christmas decorations...are memories I'll always treasure and cherish.
