EDELSTEIN - Ethel, born January 4, 1929, died September 5, 2008. Beloved wife of the late Harry. Loving mother of daughters Elyse (Stephen) Rockowitz and Susan (Stephen) Earls. Adored Gram and best friend of Jackie, Jonathan, Richelle, Joseph, Jennifer, and Michael. Proud great-grandmother of Joshua, Jaimeson, Carleen, and Matthew. She will be missed greatly. Reposing at O.B. Davis Funeral Homes, 1001 Route 25A, Miller Place, LI. Visitation Sunday 2-4 and 7-9pm. Service Monday 9:30am at the funeral home. Interment Calverton National Cemetery.

Thinking about you, Aunt Ethel. Spent a wonderful evening with Elyse and Sue, watching your granddaughter Jen get married. Got to meet your great-grandchildren too. You were such an important part of my life and are missed.
