ALEXANDRAKIS - Peter, of Springfield, VA, formerly of Bellmore, L.I., on September 23, 2008. Beloved husband of the late Elaine Alexandrakis. Loving father of Steven and George Alexandrakis. Cherished brother of Tasia Karagiannis, Margarita Giotis, Matina Belesis, Michael Alexandrakis, Jackie Georgopoulos and Thomas Alexandrakis. Dear brother-in-law of George Karagiannis, George Giotis, George Belesis, Kosta Georgopoulos, Maria Vouloukos and Louie Tambakos. Fond uncle of numerous nieces and nephews. Adored companion of Niki Lelis. Beloved son-in-law of Fotini Tambakos. Reposing at the Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons Bethpage Funeral Home, 20 Hicksville Road (one mile north of the S.S. Parkway, Exit 29N). Funeral Service at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, Hicksville, L.I., Friday, 11:30am. Interment Greenfield Cemetery, Uniondale, L.I. Visiting Wednesday, 7-9:30 and Thursday 2-4:30 and 7-9:30pm. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Peter's loving memory to Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 20 Field Avenue, Hicksville, NY 11801.

Our hearts are broken to hear this very sad news. We have so many fond memories of Pete & Nitz. Our prayers are sent to Steven & George as they try to make their way in the world. I know your family will watch over you and help you during this difficult time.
