BELLAVIA - Antoinette, of Bay Shore, LI, Palm Beach Gardens, FL and Gloucester, MA, on September 29, 2008. Beloved wife of the late Salvatore. Devoted motherof Frank (Eileen) Bellavia, Joe Bellavia and the late Louise (Alex). Cherished grandmother of Alex (Cristina) Alex and Joseph Alex and great-grandmother of Samantha and Hunter. Loving sister of Louise Maddelena and the late Vincent Laneri and Eugene Laneri. Reposing at the Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons West Islip Funeral Home, 1225 Montauk Hwy (1/4 mile West of the Robert Moses Cswy.). Celebration of the liturgy of Christian Burial Wednesday 9:45am at St Joseph's R.C. Church, Babylon, N.Y. Interment to follow at St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale, N.Y. Visiting Tuesday 7pm until 9pm. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Lupus Foundation of Long Island, 2255 Centre Ave., Bellmore N.Y. 11710.
