Earlier this week we celebrated your 52nd Wedding Anniversary by revisiting that wonderful day.
Throughout the day, and every day, we think about how very much we miss you.
Your marriage was a shining example to all of us of what love and patience can achieve. Through your illness and earlier your own mom's, Dad showed us (not through words but actions)what kindness, selflessness, and love are all about.

I'm probably rushing the season but i've been seeing a lot of Mother's Day ads, and of course they all remind me of you.
God Bless You at this season and always. There is not a moment goes by when you are not alive in our hearts or here to inspire us. For some reason this past week i've been thinking about your wonderful cooking: pork chops and lasagna and spaghetti with meatballs and wonderful mish-moshes known only as "Rita's Concoctions"! Among a myriad of things I miss are your terrific meals. Happy Mother's Day.. i hope that you're spending it with your own mom, and watching over us until we all meet again. Love Always..

Its been a tough holiday without you at the family table, Mom, but I have to tell you - we all feel your presence just as much as ever. Happy Birthday, Merry Christmas, etc. Its just not the same without you.
People always comment about your beautiful smile and infectious laugh, and those are the things we remember most fondly. You were always there as our guide, shoulder to lean on, or patient listener. And I know that you continue to watch over us - I often feel your spirit or hear a spoken word that makes me turn in my chair to listen for more.
I pray that you're with cherished family, your brothers and parents, Sparky and Frisky, Uncles and Aunts and all the others. Smiling, laughing. Please save a place for us at the table too! Someday when we're all united again!

Thanks to all who contributed to this site: you don't always realize the extent that a parent's influence has on your life. Everything i love, everything i'm passionate about comes from my parents. Mom encouraged my love of music, film, passion for writing. She gave us a sense that we could do anything we set our mind to; she had a wonderful sense of humor, a great laugh, and a great sense of fair play and justice. She's given me a lifetime of wonderful memories and kindness'; she was our best friend, our confidante, and will continue to guide and be close to her family forever. God Bless you Mom! You are certainly loved!!
