dear stephanie and family, i was so saddened when i learned of ralph's passing. he was so much more than my favorite employee; he was a real friend who could be trusted beyond doubt. i truly loved him and will never forget all the laughs and good times we shared. those were really the good old days. you and all your family knew what a great guy he was. you will always have wonderful memories.
