I am so very sorry to hear of Dr. Pelkofsky's passing. I was trying to make an appointment for my daughter for her yearly eye exam and found out. My prayers go out to the family and staff members. He was very nice and attentive to my 10 year's needs. He will be missed. God Bless.

I just found out about Dr. Pelkofsky's death when I went to make an appointment. I was a patient of his from when he first joined Dr. Morris. He made you feel like you were going to see a friend who just happened to be your doctor. Pretty impressive when you only see him for 20 minutes, twice a year. He will be missed.

Dear Beth and Family,
I am so shocked and sorry to hear of Gary's passing. I don't kow you, but Gary was my Dr. for over 20 years and was an amazing person and always spoke of his family proudly. I saw him just before his surgery he joked of doing consults from bed during recovery. We will keep you in our thoughts and prayers and wish you strength in this difficult time.

My thoughts & prayers are with the family. Gary was my eye Dr. for the last 10 yrs or so. First @ Crozer, then in media. I only talked to Gary during exams. But he was a very comfortable and personal kind of guy to talk to. I know he loved his family, and was a big sports fan. I will miss my conversations with him.

Dear Beth, Eric & Sarah,

We're so shocked to hear of Gary's passing. Even though we didn't keep in touch as I thought we would,we are going to miss him very much. We shared some great times together and we have very many fond memories of our days at PCO. I consider Gary as one of the best friends that I have ever made in my life and I will never forget him and our times together.

With all our love and deepest sympathy,

Rich and Sue
