PETRARA - John T., of Holtsville on October 27, 2008. Beloved husband of Lynn. Survived by his son, William. Loving brother of Sue Battista, Lori and Danny Rice, and Michael and Viola Petrara. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Dedicated 27 year employee of Long Island Railroad. Reposing at the Michael J. Grant Funeral Homes Inc., 571 Suffolk Ave., Brentwood, NY 11717. Religious services Wednesday Evening and Thursday 10:00am. Interment following at Oakwood Cemetery. Family will receive friends to celebrate, John's life on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9:30pm www.grantfh.com
