FICHTL - Sherin Marie, of Glen Cove, NY on October 31, 2008. At the age of 49. Beloved mother of Kyle and Colton Fichtl-Hom. Loving daughter of Joseph and Elaine Fichtl. Dear sister of Chris (Alissa) and Todd (Heather). Cherished aunt of Christopher, Ethan, Chloe and soon to join us Ty. We will always remember her silly birthday poems, her dancing, her creativity and the love she shared with her family. Visiting 2-4 and 7-9pm Tuesday, Whitting Funeral Home, 300 Glen Cove Ave., Glen Head, NY 11545. Funeral Mass 9:30am Wednesday at St. Boniface Martyr Church, Sea Cliff, NY. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, NY.

Dear Fichtl Family:
My most heartfelt sympathy goes out to your family. Sherin was my best little friend when we lived in Lindenwood; a long and happy time ago. I will always smile when I look through old photographs and see us together in nursery school.

My deepest sympathys to your family. I will always remember Sherin with that beautiful face, lovely smile and wonderful open heart. Your loss is felt, and my prayers and thougths are with your family at this time. Please, know she will be missed.
