Dear Family of Judy Warren,

I wish I had been able to be there to pay my respects personally, but such was not possible.

As you know, she was a special human being, complex in many ways...yet loving and devoted to her family.

I will always remember her unconditional acceptance of me, at a time when she could have rejected my presence.

A more brilliant, playful, and complicated woman I have never met. Except, perhaps, for her daughter, Louise. What an exquisite combination of qualities resided in her, and shall always be remembered by all of us.

I hate that she suffered so, and that all of you suffered in turn.

My hope is that the memories of her which take priority will be those of her laughter, her wit (biting at times, to be certain), her antics with all of the family pets, her love of Broadway plays and musicals.....and all of the other experiences which made her--and all of you--happy.

A special spirit has ascended to a place free from pain. May all of you heal from your pain, as well.

Much Love,
Kitty
