I received the sad news of Hazel's
passing. I am a cousin of Robert
Bates where we both attended St. John's in Far Rockaway and I remember Hazel as a lovely lady. I am saddened by her passing and extend my sincere sympathy to you at this time.

This lovely lady took care of my daughter in 1977-78. I still live in the neighborhood and there isn't a time that I don't drive past Trinity and think of your Mother.
My thoughts and prayers are with you now and always.
