I was totally taken by surprise, as were you, to hear of her sudden passing. JoAnn was a kind, genuine, and caring person. I met JoAnn because my children are in attendance @ Rainbow Chimes. Dear Leo, Richie and all of JoAnn's family, I am saddened beyond words at the loss of JoAnn. This is a tragedy for all who know her. I was very fortunate to have worked with JoAnn while she was associated with Huntington Learning Center and we kept in touch as we both went on to other opportunities. We also shared friendship with Elena Perez. The shock of this is profound. JoAnn's warmth, wit and friendship will be surely missed. Rich, I knew you through UPS and your Loaned Exec days with United Way. I will miss JoAnn and will never forget her spirit and love of life! She was truly a wonderful woman! My prayers are with you all.

Dearest Leo, words cannot express this horrific loss. A part of me has died and I never will understand why this has happened to my dearest friend Joanne.
