TO the Phelan Family,
Although I did not know your father, I did notice that he was a WWII vet. I then checked the WWII registry lined to the beautiful memorial in Washington DC, and noticed that he was not listed. Please honor your father's service by registering his name along with the branch of military he served with. Log onto wwiimemorial.com
