I'm so sorry to hear about the passing of Vernon, I was his next door neighbor while we were growing up in Brentwood back in the 70s. Always thought of him and his family and how he made out in life. Rest in peace my long lost friend.

Connie,
I had no idea that Vernon passed away. I live in RI now and don't really see anyone in NY any more. I do know that he was wondering if he would ever live passed 40 years old and I am glad that he did. I knew he was ill and thought often about your family.
I truely hope that you are doing well. I hope you remember me from the drug stores in Shirley, NY.
