OSTERMANN - Joan M., formerly of Deer Park, on November 2, 2007. Beloved wife of the late Henry. Devoted mother and mother in law of Dorothea and Ronald Conard, and Glenn and Kristine Ostermann. Cherished grandmother of Ron Jr., James, Andrew, Alexa, and Glenn Jr., and great-grandmother of Dorothea. Dear sister of Richard, James and Barney Underwood. The family will receive friends Tuesday and Wednesday 2-5pm and 7-9:30pm at The Mangano Funeral Home Inc., 1701 Deer Park Avenue, Deer Park. Religious Service Thursday 10am at Ascension Lutheran Church, 33 Bayshore Road, Deer Park. Interment Calverton National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Ascention Lutheran Church would be appreciated.

We are so sorry for your loss. We know Joan is at peace now. She is definitely looking down, and will continue to watch over us all. She was a wonderful person, and will be greatly missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
