Christopher Quinn was a giant of a good man whose strong character, enduring faith, inspiration, wit and wisdom touched many persons.
For over 30 years, he has been an inspirational father-in-law and friend to me.
Dad, may God always keep you near to Him and protect and comfort those you loved and who have loved you.
My deepest sympathies are extended to Hedy (Mom), Chris, Pat, Michelle & Brian and to all who shared a little time with Chris Quinn.

Please accept my condolences on the loss of Inspector Quinn......I worked for him in the Third Precinct when he was the Deputy Commanding Officer there......
The Inspector was a true Gentleman and an Honest and Hardworking Officer.....I was a pleasure working for him.......
