Lillian Sinnott Obituary

SINNOTT - Lillian F., passed away peacefully on Saturday November 3, 2007, at the age of 93. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY to Louis and Mary (Mahoney) Fasbach. After her marriage to Tom Sinnott in 1938, Lillian moved to Elmont, LI in 1940. She is predeceased by her husband in 1960 and her only son, Fr. Thomas Sinnott in 1993. Fr. Sinnott was Pastor of Our Lady of Peace Church in Lynbrook. Lillian worked for the Diocese of RVC until her retirement in 1989. She is survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as her sister, Genevieve Fandrey of Delray Beach, FL. Family will receive friends Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9PM at Flinch & Bruns Funeral Home, 34 Hempstead Avenue (corner Peninsula Blvd.), Lynbrook. Funeral Mass is Thursday 9:30AM at St. Boniface R.C. Church, Elmont. Interment to follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Good Shepherd Hospice 4747-20 Nesconset Highway Port Jefferson, NY 11776, would be appreciated.
