Jolie & Michael-
The world is a sadder place without your mother. She was always an inspiration to me and a great sounding board. I loved her dearly and will miss here as much. I recently had the opportunity to see her and was amazed (I shouldn't have been!) to find that in spite of her illness and pain, she retained the same personality, the same "Mickey-ness) that I knew and loved.
She was a great person, wonderful friend and inspiring cousin. We will miss her. Love to you both and yours, Bill & Patti Kennedy

I was so saddened to hear of Mickey's death. She was such a throw back to the old school hardliners whom I first met when I became involved in Baldwin "politics". Mickey got me involved in fund raising activites in our kids nursery school and our move to Loft's estate was inspired by a visit to Mickey's home for a meeting. I became involved in school activities as a result of my relationship with her and shared many a late-night with her, Shelley and Joan. Her humor is what stands out mostly in my mind- each year at Halloween, we always talk about her jelley apples-she was a special person and I hope she's at peace.
