Gone too soon, Old Bean. You left many happy memories at school, and and with the Scouts.

The world is an emptier place: devoid of a great, yet little known Folk Musician. He sang what he knew, who he knew and what he saw - and we were all better for it. Good bye old friend. I only wish I had known sooner.

We have lost a dear, dear friend and an irreplaceable spirit. His loss will be mourned by dozens of Baiting Hollow staff and hundreds of Scouters whose lives he touched.

GOFBHSC, to you and absent friends. Fitz you will be missed greatly. You have touched the lives of so many people. I know you will visit the Hollow often and your spirit will be a part of every campfire there. God Bless.
