Mr. and Mrs. Tietz would be seen walking together up and down Shorewood Drive.
They always stopped to talk.
As the years progressed they became Herman and Vera.Sometimes delivering family news. Sometimes a photo from a recent party. They never missed the opportunity to partake in our events, sometimes happy, sometimes sad.
May Vera and her extended family find solace in knowing the we will remember Herman not just as a longtime neighbor but as a friend.
