And your Daddy still loves you Debbie, Dorothy, Rudy and Aunt Dorothy---this is my first birthday without him. He was there from the first cry.

where would we be without our moms and dads? Although Rudy has gone on ahead, he will be waiting for his family and his love in life goes on. I would say to my friend Deb and the family I'm sorry for your loss but I'm sure you'll never forget him.

Dear Debra ...to you and Rudolphs loved ones... upon hearing of the passing of your beloved daddy my heart ached with sadness for your loss. The sky was clear tonight overlooking the bay so I went to the edge of the sea and yelled out your fathers name across the bay. The seagulls and the wind called back with a roar and fierceness in acknowlegement as if it was he who echoed natures cry and resembled the deep blue sky ablaze with new spirit and forever twinkling stars. Rest in peace. In sympathy and with love, Laurette & Chris

I never really met you. Many wonderful things were said about you by family members. I know the artistic legacy and the great things that will keep you in memory. You have left a legacy and will surely be missed. I took great pride in knowing your daughter Debbie. She is a remarkable and gifted Artist that you have inspired. Your accomplishments are tremendous and look forward to your having ever lasting peace.

Forever....mine
Letting yourself be touched , by someone...
They permeate very cell of your soul, your being.
You are them, they are you.
Everything I touch-
Daddy
Daddy is everywhere...all the time.
I used to LIVE just to see him come home from work.
I'd run.
He would go down on one knee, his arms outstretched...
I'd run so hard into him, bury myself in his chest.
That strong massive, muscular chest...
He'd hug, lift.
MY FATHER
How wonderful to have a Father like he!
Even now, thinking back...those turbulent times.
WHO CARES - He was MINE !
I wouldn't trade that for anything.
I'm loosing him. I feel sick, pain, hurt, oh,
my heart....hurts...I know, it's not good.
Trying to find a small piece of peace.
It is hard to stop....thinking.
I love him.
It doesn't matter.
It won't change this situation...
His story is finished. It was good. I want more...
It doesn't matter how much time you get.
You KNOW it would never be enough.
The "space" is empty and full at the same time.
Longing and love.
Things will never be the same,
at least, not for those of us that
let ourselves be touched by someone.
I love you, Daddy, for always and forever.

My Dear Uncle "Footie" is surely with the man he and I loved most...My Dad, Louis (Luigi) Riservato and my mom, Rose Marie Nugent Riservato. They were certainly waiting with arms open wide and now will have all the time to catch up and enjoy each other on the other side. Blessings, your Goddaughter, Rochelle
