WELLMAN - Helen, on November 30, 2007 of Massapequa. Member of Seaford American Legion Auxiliary. Avid Bingo player. Beloved wife of the late Charles. Devoted mother of Peggy Erny and her husband Richard. Loving grandmother of Brian, Daniel and Carly Semple. Also survived by 2 great grandchildren Tyler and Gage. Reposing at the Charles G. Schmitt Funeral Home, 3863 Merrick Rd., Seaford (2 lights east of Rt. 135). Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday 11 A.M. at St. Rose of Lima R.C. Church. Interment L.I. National Cemetery. Hours Today and Monday 2-4 and 7-9 P.M.

I will always remember how Grandma Helen would worry about Carly whenever she was gone too long, over at our house next door. Carly would get upset when Grandma called her home. Grandma Helen was a loving woman and we hope she is at peace now....Playing BINGO!!
