GEISSLER - Roland F., on December 1, 2007, in Stamford, CT, of North Merrick, NY. Loving husband of the late Eleanor L. Devoted father of Dorothy Goldweitz (Dr. Jonathan), Diane Lear (Woody), and Steven Geissler. Loving grandfather of Travis and Ethan Lear. He was a long-time member of Local 138 Operating Engineers Union. Visiting at N.F. Walker, Inc. Funeral Home, 2039 Merrick Avenue, Merrick, NY, on Monday, Dec. 3, from 3-5 and 7-9 PM. Funeral Services at the funeral home on Tuesday at 10:30 AM. Interment in Pinelawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Farmingdale, NY. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Carl and Dorothy Bennett Cancer Center, 30 Shelbourne Road, Stamford, CT 06904, are appreciated. The family extends it's thanks to all of the dear friends who have supported Roland and his family over the past several years.
