CREVE COEUR - Rebecca Sue "Becky" Wilson, 54, of 810 Highview St., Creve Coeur, passed away at 2:29 p.m., Friday, Nov. 20, 2009, at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center.
Born Nov. 16, 1955, in Peoria to John A. and Edna R. (Hutt) DeLisle, she married Carl R. Wilson in 1977 in Peoria.
Surviving are her mother, Edna DeMoss of East Peoria; one daughter, Krishauna L. (Mike) Bruha of Creve Coeur; one son, Jason M. Berry of North Pekin; and one brother, John A. DeLisle of Baytown, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her father and one son, Michael C. Wilson.
She last worked for Excalibur Seasonings in Pekin. Prior to that, she worked in area nursing homes for many years.
Rebecca was a member of the Peoria Eagles Lodge Aerie 265 and the American Legion Auxiliary Post 2010.
She loved people and animals, spending time on her computer and reading.
Her memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 24, at Preston-Hanley Funeral Home, Creve Coeur Chapel, with the Rev. Steve Weber officiating. There will be no visitation. Cremation has been accorded.

My darlin honery Becky. You will be greatly missed by everyone. My condolences to you Kristy, Jason and Ms Edna. She did her best at everything she tried to accomplish, Midstate will miss you too. Forever in my memories Smurf.... XO

My thoughts and prayers are with you. Becky was a kind and gentle person. I had the honor of being in her last Midstate class. She was so pround to have completed her BS in healthcare management.

Kris I am so sorry for the loss of your mother. At this hard time, remember the good times. I have many great memories of your mother. I know that she is in a better place. She was a very giving and kind woman and she will be missed by many.
