Marilyn Fugazy

Hudson Falls Marilyn Fugazy, 71, of Hudson Falls, passed away Wednesday, July 23, 2008 at Glens Falls Hospital. Born Jan. 30, 1937 in Glens Falls, she was the daughter of the late Elmer and Lorraine (Moulton) Russell. Marilyn was a communicant of St. Alphonsus Church, Glens Falls. She was a graduate of Glens Falls High School, Class of 1956. Marilyn enjoyed spending time with her friends, especially Linda Stevens and Shirley Sawn, and loved the company of her grandchildren and the time spent with them. Besides her parents, her husband, Austin Fugazy, who died Oct. 29, 1979 and her stepson, Alfred Fugazy, predeceased her. Survivors include her children: Debbie A. White and her husband, Frank of Fort Edward, Jeff F. Fugazy and his companion, Lynn Chambliss of Port Orange, Fla., Allen R. Gratton and his wife, Debbie of Dunkinville, Texas and Cindy and Jay Randall of Queensbury. Also surviving her are her grandchildren Mandy, Alex and Donald Gratton, Justin, Dylan and Sofia White and Dion and Stan Chambliss. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Monday, July 28, 2008 at St. Alphonsus Church, Broad Street, Glens Falls. Burial will follow in St. Alphonsus Cemetery, Queensbury. Family and friends may call from 2 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, July 27, 2008 at the Singleton-Healy Funeral Home, 407 Bay Road, Queensbury.
