In 1976 I ran for election to the Glens Falls Board of Education at the urging of some students. Peter entered the race to prevent me from getting elected. Six months later he offered me a job at National Catheter. I've come to believe he was right in both decisions!
Last week I spoke to a number of executives at a large company and mentioned Peter's name as someone whose support entirely changed my life.
I am forever grateful for the time we worked together.

Peter was very kind to me and gave me an opportunity that I was not fully qualified for. That job turned into a worthwhile and enjoyable career. I will be forever thankful for having known this thoughtful man.
