Helen L. DeVinney

De VINNEY, HELEN L., 96 - formerly of Atlantic City, died Thursday in Chambersburg, PA. Her husband, William "Stu" DeVinney preceded her in death on January 16, 1990. She had been employed with the Atlantic City Board of Assessors. She was a member of Good Shepherd United Methodist Church in Northfield, and was active with the Women's 4th Ward Republican Club, the New Jersey Federation of Republican Women, and the American Business Women's Association. She is survived by a niece, Kay Feight and husband James of Chambersburg. Private burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Pleasantville. A memorial service will be held in the Good Shepherd United Methodist Church in Northfield at 2:30 PM Monday, June 30, 2008. Rev. James Rixon will officiate. Contributions may be made to the Good Shepherd United Methodist Church, 207 Northfield Avenue, Northfield, NJ 08225. Arrangements are by Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home.
