Evelyn Di Tomasso Obituary



Di TOMASSO, EVELYN MAE, (nee Hines), 84 of Somers Point, passed away peacefully at her home after a lengthy illness. The daughter of William and Anna Mae Hines, Evelyn was born and raised in Philadelphia, the eldest of seven children. Evelyn moved to Somers Point in 1976. She was predeceased by her husband Julian Vance McKinney I and after being widowed for 25 plus years, she remarried and was predeceased by her second husband, Daniel Di Tomasso. She was also predeceased by her two eldest children, daughter, Jacqueline Brown (McKinney) and son, Julian Vance McKinney II. She is survived by her other children Randall McKinney, Trevose, PA, Theresa Cabrera (McKinney), Somers Point, Denise Helton (McKinney) Franklin, TN, Theodore McKinney, Sewell, 16 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, two sisters Margret Rafter, Woodbury, and Arline Wolstenholme, Exton, PA and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the George H. Wimberg Funeral Home, 1707 New Road, (Rt 9), Linwood, Wednesday morning from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Church, Somers Point with interment at Hillside Cemetery, Roslyn, PA.
