Danny Monzo:
You were there at our side when
we professed our love before God,
You were there at our side when
we asked that you hold our first born
as we pledged his faith in God,
You were there throughout our lives
to share so many special memories:
Reed Street, The Mummers, and all of
the wondeful Monzo clan....
You have carved a place in our hearts that will remain forever...
We pray that God will give your loving
wife and family the strength to bear
the sorrow of your absence......

Dear Gilda,
It was so good to have spent some time speaking with Danny and you on Sunday. Carol, my mom, and I were so sorry to hear of Danny's passing. He was such a warm and caring person always willing to lend a hand to anyone that needed it. He will be missed, the world is an emptier place without him. Our hearts and sympathies go out to you and your entire family.

Aunt Gilda,
I was so sorry to hear that my Uncle Danny passed away. I was looking forward to seeing him at Elise's wedding. My memories of him are good ones, especially the holidays at my grandmothers sneaking the highballs that Danny gave his nieces and nephews.
My wife and I will be in Texas for the services. I wish I could be there to say a farewell to him.
Love Joe Monzo
