Thomas Musumeci Obituary

MUSUMECI, THOMAS, 78 - of Elizabethtown and formerly of Stone Harbor NJ passed away Tuesday, October 28, 20008 at Hospice of Lancaster County Inpatient Unit in Mt Joy. He was a retired Real Estate Agent and served in the U.S. Marine Corp during the Korean Conflict. Tom was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church in Stone Harbor, the Stone Harbor American Legion, Stone Harbor Fire Department, Amateur Trap Shooting Association, and the National Rifle Association Survived by one son, James B. Musumeci and his wife Susan of Elizabethtown; one sister, Vincentina Frazer of Bridgewater; two brothers, Peter Musumeci of Manville, and Matthew Musumeci of Whiting South Jersey; one grandson, Brock Thomas Musumeci; Several nieces and nephews. Tom was preceded in death by his loving wife Ellen Brockway and son John T. Musumeci. Funeral services will be held Friday, October 31, 2008 at 4:00 p.m. in Our Savior Lutheran Church, at 289, 92nd Street, Stone Harbor N.J. Burial will be in the Fairview Memorial Park in Cape May Court House, Friday at 1:00 p.m. A visitation will be held Friday at 3:00 p.m. until time of services in his church. Tom will always be remembered for his attention to detail and his strong core belief that good enough was simply "not good enough". He loved shooting his Krieghoff Shotgun at various local gun clubs, hunting trophy big game, and most of all being a grandfather to the light of his life, little Brock. K.M. Knight Funeral Home, Highspire, PA and Radzieta Funeral Home, Cape May Court House are handling the arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to his church at 289, 92nd Street, Stone Harbor, New Jersey 08247
