To all those that were blessed enough to know Norma...

Norma had such a love life, a giving spirit and an amazing loving soul.

She had a passion for life and cared so deeply for the people in her life, and it always showed !

She was someone you just wanted to hug and feel the warmth that she exuded.

She will always be beautiful and sexy, smart and witty, and my dear friend. She brightened my sole just by knowing her and being around her.

Norma shared her love of life with everyone she met and made such a huge impression on everyone she encountered. Norma made my life more meaningful and special just by knowing her.

Norma always had a light within her soul and smile in her heart and selflessly shared it with everyone she encountered and made you just appreciate the day you were living just by being around her.

Norma had a special and unique gift, and never knew it, but shared with everyone every chance she had. She always left you feeling happy, optimistic and joyful. A gift I can never thank her enough for.

Once in a lifetime you come across someone who changes your life forever, and makes it a brighter and happier place, and that was my dear friend Norma. I love you and hope you know what a difference you made in my life, and in the lives of everyone who met you. Be at peace and know you were loved very dearly.

Your Friend,

Adam

As is often the case in the twenty-first century, the most constant source of communication among friends and co-workers alike is the email chain. When I think about Norma, I remember an email that she was particular taken by. The message was simple - "Love you and your circumstances. Love who you are. Wake each morning and say I am too blessed to be stressed and too anointed to be disappointed." More than any other person I have known, Norma loved who she was, not in spite of, but because of, what she went through in her life. She is truly blessed as are all of us who had the privilege of knowing her and calling her friend. Her family and friends are in my prayers, she no longer needs them. She has her reward for a life well lived, and is undoubtedly looking down on those she loved, continuing to strengthen them with her love and support.

Those we love do not go away, they walk beside us everyday. Unseen, unheard, but always near, so loved, so missed, so very dear. I take comfort in the fact that Norma will always be in my heart. To Norma’s family – I know that your hearts are broken, because although perhaps not as deep, my heart bears the same crack. Norma’s friendship was one of the most precious gifts I have ever received and I will treasure it always. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
