Janet A. Elliott

ELLIOTT, JANET A., 73 - of Wildwood Crest, passed away on November 4, 2008 at Cape Regional Hospital, Cape May Court House, N.J. Janet was born in Chester, PA and resided in Linwood, PA graduating from Ridley Park High School in 1952. She lived in Wilmington, DE before moving to Wildwood Crest in 2007. Janet worked 32 years for the Hercules Company assuming various secretarial positions and retired in 1992 as a purchasing correspondent. Janet enjoyed spending time with her friends and being an avid Elvis Presley fan. She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Edith Elliott, her sister, Betty Yearick, and her niece, Beverly Robinson. Janet is survived by her great niece, Catherine Toland and her husband William and her great nephew, Gary Robinson, her great-great niece and nephew, Brittany and Bryan Toland and her nephew-in-law, Blaine Robinson. She leaves behind many close friends to cherish her memory, especially her friend of 50 years, Dot Adkins. A celebration of Janet's life will be held on Monday, November 10, 2008 at 12:30 pm. at the MCCRERY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME 3924 Concord Pike, Wilm., DE 19803 (South of Silverside Road) where friends may call after 11:30 pm.
