Dorothy M. Wilson

WILSON, DOROTHY M., 76 - was called to be with the Lord on Sunday evening in St. Agnes Care Center, Philadelphia. Mrs. Wilson (nee West) was born in Cataula, Ga., formerly lived in Philadelphia, and had been a Cape May resident for over 25 years before just recently moving back to Philadelphia. She was a member of the Macedonia Baptist Church, Cape May. She was active in the Cape May community. Mrs. Wilson was pre-deceased by her husband Clarence H. Wilson in 2000. She is survived by: her son, Elmo Wilson, of Philadelphia; her daughter, Patricia Evans, of Reading, Pa.; a sister, Emma Hightower and a brother, Tommy L. West, both of Columbus, Ga.; grandchildren Octavia Bailey, and Ellisha and Shana Wilson, of Philadelphia; several great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Funeral Services will be conducted on Saturday, November 17th, at 11 AM in the Macedonia Baptist Church, corner Lafayette & Franklin Steets, Cape May. Relatives and friends may call from 10 AM to 11 AM at the Church. Burial will take place in the Cape May County Veterans Cemetery, Cape May Court House. (Sudak-Danaher FH, Cape May)
