Ruth Casey Obituary

CASEY, RUTH KOELLE, 69 - of North Cape May, died on Monday at her home. Born in Darby, PA., she was a resident of N. Cape May since 1984. She was a graduate of West Catholic High School in Philadelphia. She retired after 20 years from Acme market in N. Cape May. She was a member of St. Raymond's Church, a former member of B.V.M. Church in Darby and the Collingdale Fire Dept. Auxiliary. Surviving are her husband of one year, Francis; sons, George John Koelle III of Wildwood, Kenneth D. Koelle of New Castle, Del., John F. Koelle of N. Cape May and Kevin J. Koelle of Ridley Park, Pa. step-sons, Daniel, Francis III, Michael, Joey and Kevin Casey; a sister, Patricia Rosegarden of Abington, Pa., a brother, John P. Haslem of San Antonio, TX; 19 grand- children & 31 great-grand- children. She was preceded in death by her first husband, George John Koelle, Jr., a sister, Catherine and three grand- children. There will be a viewing on Friday from 5:30 - 7:30 pm, followed by a prayer service at 7:30 pm at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd., N. Cape May, and on Saturday from 10-11 am at the Marvil Funeral Home, 1110 Main St., Darby, Pa, where the service will be held at 11 am. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Yeadon, Pa.
