Dena Hines Obituary
She was the daughter of the late John and Elizabeth DeLeeuw Petrullo.
Mrs. Hines is survived by her husband, Robert B. Hines Jr.; sons, John K. Hines of Dinwiddie, Anthony H. Hines and Dean R. Hines, both of Colonial Heights, a daughter, Elizabeth Marie Heath and her husband, Chris, of Chesterfield; stepson, Robert B. Hines III and his wife, Rhonda, also of Chesterfield; stepdaughter, Cynthia J. Dillon and husband, Pete, of Pennsylvania; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; three brothers; and a dear friend, Bobbie Iannon.
A Catholic prayer service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 22, 2008, in the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 2033 Boulevard, with Father Lou Ruoff, celebrant. Interment to be held at 1 p.m. Friday in Oakwood Cemetery, South Hill, Va. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Condolences may be registered at www.ealvinsmall.com.

Hi Guys,
Sorry to hear about your wife and mom's passing. My prayers are with you at this time. Times will be hard but I promise they will get better in time. I speak from experince. The hurt never goes away but it will lessen in the years to come. Always remember the memories and she will always be in your heart and minds. Take care and God bless Julie
