Inez Lee Obituary

Inez Temple Lee, 80, of DeWitt, passed away at home on Thursday, Oct. 9, 2008, after a long illness.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Conrad Littleton Temple and Annie Elizabeth Reames Temple, and her sister, Doris T. Ogden. Inez was a member of Bott Memorial Presbyterian Church in DeWitt, Va.

She is survived by her husband, Harold Sidney Lee Jr.; daughter, Jo Frances Lee; grandson, Harold "Hal" Good; sisters, Virginia T. Houchens, Louise T. Worsham and Anne T. Unruh; and nieces and nephews, Kathy Hatley, Patty Sue Hardy, Jimmy Unruh, Mike Wright, Jerry D. Ogden and LuAnne Unruh.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2008, at Bott Memorial Presbyterian Church in DeWitt, Va. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bott Memorial Presbyterian Church, 17113 McKenney Ave., DeWitt, VA 23840. The family is being served by Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral & Cremation Service where condolences can be registered at www.jtmorriss.com.

My childhood memories of Inez living in Oklahoma are wonderful.She was full of life and had such a great spirit about her. And, after many years of living far away, I cherished being in her friend. She will certainly be missed.
