Millard Jenkins Obituary

Millard Thomas Jenkins Sr., 78, of Claremont was reunited with the love of his life of 60 years, Joan, on Monday, Nov. 3, 2008.

Millard is survived by his children, Millard "Butch" T. Jenkins Jr., Sandra Grant and husband, Buck, and Constance "Connie" Tucker and husband, Louis; grandchildren, Bobby Cox, Kimberly Wilder, Louis Tucker, Donna Temple, Mike Tucker, Brenda Sadler, Becky Hanshew, Donnie Martin and Thomas Jenkins; 17 great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; sisters, Juanita Pierce and Marjorie Vaughan; and his brother, Linwood Jenkins.

The family will receive friends at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service from 4 to 6 p.m. tonight. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 6, 2008, at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Blandford Cemetery. Condolences may be registered at www.jtmorriss.com.
