Dearest Charlie, Jackie, Linda, David, Timmy, Ranny's children, nieces, nephews & all extended family -
Although I may not know some of you personally, I have known Ranny, his wonderful parents, sister & brothers since I was 12 years old... translate to a wa-aay long time! Linda & I were best friends then & remain so today. In fact, the Fenderson home was like my 2nd home throughout my adolescence & teen years. There was lots of love & happy times there for us kids, and I'll always cherish the memories of being a part of it. Even then Ranny's heart was huge & he genuinely loved his family. Later when he had his own children, through Linda I would hear how proud he was of each of them. I'm tremendously sorry Ranny's time on earth was shortened, and for the sadness you're all going through.
My love & prayers to all of you.
Jane

I was so sad and shocked to hear of the death of my good friend. I am here in Wisconsin, training for Iraq when I received the news. Ranny was a warm, fun loving man that was very special. I am sorry for the whole family and you are all in my prayers. Ranny will be missed

Even though our time together was brief, Ranny left an impression upon the consciousness of the lives he touched that earthly separation cannot diminish. Long May You Run, my friend!
