Kathy, I only met you a couple times, but I knew your husband Dave very well by our membership in the NAMR. I just want to add for Dave, I lost my wife this year on February 22d. My God Bless you and all your family members
(I learned about your passing, by seeing another obiturary today -7-14-09 of a lady I used to work with at Fort Lee.)

Dave and family,

It has been many, many years since I had the pleasure of meeting your lovely family, back at Wright-Patt. Kathy made me feel like part of the family for that summer...she had a great smile and warmth about her. I remember arriving in Ohio with a cooler full of lobsters and heading to your house to enjoy them. I loved the twinkle in her eye when she laughed.

Years later, my brother Tony continued to speak so fondly of all of you. May you find comfort in all the funny, warm memories of Kathy.

Love,
Jeanne (Turke) Chambers and family

Lester and I were so sorry to hear that Kathy had passed away. Kathy showed such grace through her illness, she had a dignity about her that belied how bad she must have felt at times. She was always so joyful and caring. She will be missed. Our hearts go out to Dave and the family.
