Lenore Griffo Obituary
Lenore Hutchings Griffo of Middletown, NY, a retired secretary for Orange and Rockland Utilities in Middletown, NY, and a long-time Middletown resident, entered into rest on Thursday, June 19, 2008 at Belle Reve in Milford, PA. She was 80 years old.
The daughter of Monroe and Helen Timke Hutchings, she was born February 16, 1928 in Greycourt, NY. She was the wife of Joseph C. Griffo, who resides at home.
Lenore enjoyed skiing with her husband and flower and vegetable gardening.
In addition to her husband, Joe, she is survived by her stepchildren, Dr. Joseph Griffo of Anchorage, AK and Constance Griffo Smith of Manitoba, Canada; a sister, Alice Yank of Saratoga Springs, NY; two brothers, Richard Hutchings of Middletown, NY and Warren Hutchings of Colorado; several nieces and nephews. Lenore was predeceased by her sister, Dorothy Itzla, and two brothers, Monroe and Roy Hutchings.
Friends may call at the Cornelius, Dodd & Connell Funeral Home, 26 Grove St., Middletown, NY on Tuesday, June 24, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. for a Memorial Visitation.
Funeral Services and interment will be held privately.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Mid-Hudson Chapter, 2 Jefferson Plaza, Ste. 102, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601-4027.

Joe,
