Grace Pungitore Obituary

Maybrook, NY

Grace Barbara Pungitore, died on Tuesday, June 24, 2008 at the age of 82.

She received a Bachelors Degree from Lehman College and a Masters Degree from New York University. She taught at various high schools in the New York City School System. Prior to her teaching career, she was employed as a Medical Secretary.

She is survived by her sons, Robert Law, John Law and his wife, Sarah; two grandsons, Nathaniel Law and Daniel Law and his wife, Julia, and one great-grandson, Ian. She is also survived by brothers, Peter and Vincent Pungitore and sister, Jennie Tibaldi; six nephews and nieces, and 12 grandnephews and nieces. She was predeceased by her parents, John and Roccamaria Pungitore, and brothers: Thomas, Rosario and Frank.

A Mass was celebrated at St. Lucy's Church, with interment at Woodlawn Cemetery in the Bronx.

Funeral arrangements were handled by Farenga Brothers, 920 Allenton Ave., Bronx, NY; 212-534-3700.
