Edward Bruce Obituary
Edward V. Bruce of Kiamesha Lake, NY, the owner of Bruce Contracting of Woodridge, NY, a lifelong area resident, died Saturday, July 12, 2008, in Malone, NY. He was 32.
The son of Rochelle and Delphine McClarin Bruce, Sr., he was born July 21, 1975 in Liberty, NY.
Edward was avid body builder and NASCAR fan.
He is survived by his parents, Rochelle and Delphine Bruce, Sr. of Middletown, NY; two daughters, Natasja LaPolt of Woodbourne, NY and Asajne Bruce of Rochester, NY; three brothers: Rochelle Bruce, Jr. and his wife, Jacqueline of Virginia, William Bruce of Liberty, NY and Marcel Martin of Denver, CO; five sisters: Sheryl Bruce of Baltimore, MD, Linda McCulloum of Brooklyn, NY, Garlina Finn of New Jersey, Michelle Bruce-Harden of Ellenville, NY and Timika DiBartolo and her husband, Joseph of Woodridge, NY; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be Saturday, July 19, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Harris Funeral Home, West Street at Buckley, Liberty, NY.
Funeral Services will be Saturday, July 19, at 1 p.m. in the funeral home. Mr. Rochelle Bruce, Jr. will officiate. Burial will be in the Laurel Hill Cemetery, White Sulphur Springs, NY.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Harris Funeral Home; 845-292-0001 or 845-439-5200.

My deepest sympathy to the family on your tragic loss. Eddie and I went to school together, he was a year younger than me, and though we rarely ran into each other over the years, the few times we did Eddie always greeted me with a big hug. To the Bruce family...My heart goes out to you all!! I went to school with Timika and Michelle and my fiance was a good friend of Ed's. They worked together at TLC Constructionand always watched the UFC pay per view fights :) He was always a sweet man whenever he came over and he will be deeply missed...I am sorry to you all again :(
