Walter Ball Obituary
Walter P. Ball, a lifelong resident of Warwick, NY, passed away on July 15, 2008 at St. Anthony's Hospital. He was 78 years old.
Born March 9, 1930 in Warwick, NY, he was the son of the late James Ball and Gertrude Pfendler Ball. He was married to Betty J. Joslyn Ball for 52 years.
A Navy veteran of the Korean War, he worked for Warwick Township. He was formerly employed by Ford Motor Company, Mahwah and formerly worked part-time at Masker Orchards, Warwick. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge, Warwick.
He is survived by his wife, Betty J. Ball; a son, Gary Ball of Warwick; a daughter, Linda Matuseski of Florida, NY; three grandchildren: Thomas, Lyndsay and Mallory; two great-grandchildren: Austin and Leeya; three brothers: Alfred (Peter) Ball of Morrisville, NY, Robert Ball of Warwick and John Ball of Warwick; two sisters, Elise Hann of Warwick and Gloria Schlagel of Warwick; several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be sent to "The Kathy Ball Scholarship Fund", c/o Warwick Ambulance, PO Box 315, Warwick, NY 10990.

We loved seeing Walt sitting outside his barn and either just waving or stopping to chat with him. It's just not the same without him there. He is already sorely missed by all of us. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
