William Baird Obituary
William K. Baird, a lifetime resident of Milford, PA and also a resident of Manning, SC, died Tuesday, July 22, 2008 in Manning, SC. He was 69.
The son of the late Joseph and Elizabeth McAndrew Baird, he was born April 23, 1939 in Port Jervis, NY.
William retired from Kolmar Labs, Port Jervis, NY. He was a member of the Tri-State Naval Ship, #7241 in Port Jervis, NY, and was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, serving with the Tin Can Sailors from 1957-1961.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara McGraw Baird, at home; two sons, James Baird of Lake City, SC and Jeffrey Baird of Matamoras, PA; one daughter, Wendy Gardner of Manning, SC; his sister, Marianne Armour of Port Jervis, NY; four grandchildren: Troy and Will Gardner of Manning, SC; Tom and Mary Baird of Matamoras, PA; five step grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two brothers, James and Richard.
Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be private.

I first met Kevin in St. Mary's Elementary School and shared eight years of people thinking we were related due to our vibrant red hair. I had many fond memories of him and wish to extend my condolences to you and his family.
